Question: when will I receive my order?
Standard delivery is 3-5 working days or 1-2 working days if ordered before 2pm using our Express delivery option.
Question: Can I get an AM or PM delivery?
Yes of course, there is an extra charge for AM or PM specified delivery. Please request this in your order comments box and we will contact you to arrange this service.
Question: Can I get a Saturday delivery?
Yes, there is an extra charge for Saturday delivery. Please request this in your order comments box and we will contact you to arrange this service.
Question: Do you have a shop or showroom?
We do not have a brick and morter shop or showroom. Not having a showroom reduces our overheads and allows you to have the best price.
Question: Can I pick up my order directly from you?
You can from Tilbury East London. Alternatively we can arrange for you to pick up from the nearest depot to your residence to reduce cost. We will refund some of our delivery costs to you. Please request this in your order comments box, or please contact us via email or phone to arrange depot or Tilbury collection.
Question: Do you split packs or deliver individual paving stones?
Unfortunately we are unable to split packs or deliver paving stones separately.
